Introduction
The Part 1, 6.5 Systems Evidencing is heavily reliant on Part 1, Sections 4.8 and/or 4.9. Consequently, this content needs to be added before it can be added as a reference at 6.5 Systems Evidence.
Procedure
1. If the evidence is already available for referencing in Section 6.5, select ‘Insert Part 1 Section 6 Evidence'

2. If no evidence is available for referencing, in Section 6.5, select ‘Edit Part 1 Section 6 Evidence’

3. Next, choose whether a System or Sample Set is going to be used
- This is where the System Components or Sample Sets are linked to Section 6.5

4. If no suitable Systems or Sample Sets are already listed in Part 1 Section 4.8 and/or 4.9, select the '4.8 System Components' or '4.9 Sample Sets' link as shown below

5 Add System Components and Sample Sets to Part 1, Section 4.8 / 4.9

5 i) Adding System Components to Part 1, Section 4.8

5 ii) Adding System Components to Part 1, Section 4.8

5 iii) Adding System Components to Part 1, Section 4.8

5 iv) Adding System Components to Part 1, Section 4.8

5 v) Adding Sample Sets to Part 1, Section 4.9

5 vi) Adding Sample Sets to Part 1, Section 4.9

5 vii) Adding Sample Sets to Part 1, Section 4.9

5 viii) Adding Sample Sets to Part 1, Section 4.9

5 ix) Adding Sample Sets to Part 1, Section 4.9

- Use the blue arrows to close the Section 4.8 and/or 4.9 pages
- This information has then been automatically compiled directly into Part 1, Sections 4.8 & 4.9

6. Now that you have the core information references (Part 1, Sections 4.8 & 4.9), you can start to use this for your Section 6.5 Systems Evidence. Select Edit Part 1 Section 6 Evidence

6 i) Select, Add a System Component

6 ii) Select, Add a Sample Set

6 iii) The added System Components or Sample Sets are now available to select

6 iv) When selecting these items, they are added to Part 1, Section 6.5

7 You are now ready to Insert Part 1 Section 6 Evidence

8. Conclusion
With the Section 6.5 being heavily dependent on the content from Sections 4.8 & 4.9, the procedure for added the evidence reference is more involved, when no supporting content is available at Sections 4.8 & 4.9. Consequently, the RMS has linked these dependent sections together to ensure that all these sections are comprehensively compiled, in support of the Section 6.5 evidence referencing.
